SMS Policy & A2P Terms
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This SMS Policy describes how Good Mktg ("we," "us," "our") sends application-to-person (A2P) text messages and how you can manage your consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program Description
Good Mktg sends SMS messages to prospects and clients for the following purposes:
- Lead follow-up: contacting you after you submit a form on our website or a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Instant Form / Lead Ad.
- Appointment reminders: confirmations and reminders for calls or meetings you have booked with us.
- Account / engagement messages: updates related to an active engagement, including status, deliverables, and operational notices.
2. Consent (Opt-In)
You are only enrolled in SMS messaging after you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in — for example, by submitting a form on our website or a Meta Instant Form that includes language such as: "By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Good Mktg about your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
We do not purchase, rent, or share phone numbers for SMS marketing. Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typical volume is 1–10 messages per month per recipient.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Good Mktg is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, reply START or submit a new opt-in.
6. Help (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hayden@goodmktg.com.
7. Supported Carriers
Major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy & No Sharing of Mobile Data
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging providers (e.g., Twilio), is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Content
We do not use SMS for any content prohibited by U.S. carrier guidelines or the CTIA, including SHAFT-C content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis), high-risk financial services, get-rich-quick schemes, debt collection, or illegal substances.
10. Changes
We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
